1. Agreement to Terms
By engaging Bayview Pool Pros for pool cleaning and maintenance services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Bayview Pool Pros provides professional pool cleaning, maintenance, and related services in Pinellas County, Florida. Services include but are not limited to:
- Weekly pool maintenance
- One-time deep cleaning
- Green-to-clean pool recovery
- Filter cleaning and maintenance
- Chemical balancing
3. Scheduling and Cancellation
Service appointments are scheduled based on availability. We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. For recurring weekly maintenance, payment is due monthly in advance.
5. Access to Property
Client agrees to provide safe and unobstructed access to the pool area during scheduled service times. If access is not available, the service may be rescheduled and a trip charge may apply.
6. Liability
Bayview Pool Pros is fully licensed and insured. We maintain liability insurance for property damage and injuries that may occur during service. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, equipment failures, or damage caused by factors outside our control.
7. Equipment and Chemicals
We use professional-grade equipment and eco-friendly chemicals. Clients are responsible for maintaining adequate chemical levels between service visits for weekly maintenance plans. Additional chemical costs may apply for severely imbalanced pools.
8. Service Guarantee
We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours and we will make it right at no additional charge.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate recurring service agreements with 7 days written notice. One-time services are non-refundable once completed.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
